Our Bread

All our products are made from scratch using natural ingredients. We specialize in long-fermented sourdough breads which provide great flavour and increased digestibility, minimizing (and often removing) unpleasant symptoms like bloating, cramps or “feeling full.”

All our breads are made with high-quality unbleached, untreated local flours with an addition of organic whole-wheat and rye flours for more flavourful and nutrient — dense bread. Simple & Delicious.
